This is a strategic leadership role focused on orchestrating complex digital initiatives across technology and product teams. The Delivery Lead will ensure alignment between business objectives and execution, driving portfolio governance and end-to-end delivery excellence. The role operates in a highly collaborative environment, working closely with executive stakeholders and cross-functional squads. It requires strong analytical capability to manage performance metrics and delivery health. You will play a key role in enabling agile maturity and scaling delivery frameworks across the organization. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, transformation-driven contexts and enjoys balancing strategy with hands-on execution.
- Lead portfolio and program governance, ensuring alignment of strategic roadmaps with company OKRs and business priorities.
- Manage dependencies, risks, and delivery bottlenecks across complex, multi-team environments, ensuring predictable execution.
- Drive executive-level reporting, providing clear visibility on status, milestones, risks, and delivery performance.
- Oversee delivery performance metrics (Lead Time, Cycle Time, Throughput, CFD), identifying optimization opportunities.
- Implement continuous improvement cycles (PDCA), leveraging data-driven insights to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Facilitate scaled agile ceremonies (PI Planning, kickoffs, discovery and delivery syncs) across teams and stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to defined delivery methods and frameworks, supporting agile maturity and operational consistency.
- Strong experience in Delivery Management, Program Management, or Agile Leadership roles in complex environments.
- Proven ability to manage strategic roadmaps, portfolio governance, and alignment with OKRs.
- Hands-on experience with Agile frameworks (SAFe is a plus) and large-scale agile ceremonies.
- Solid understanding of flow metrics (Lead Time, Cycle Time, Throughput, CFD) and data-driven delivery optimization.
- Experience managing senior stakeholders and executive communications with clarity and structure.
- Strong leadership, facilitation, and problem-solving skills in dynamic, transformation-oriented contexts.
