The Delivery Lead will ensure alignment between business objectives and execution, driving portfolio governance and end-to-end delivery excellence. The role operates in a highly collaborative environment, working closely with executive stakeholders and cross-functional squads. It requires strong analytical capability to manage performance metrics and delivery health. You will play a key role in enabling agile maturity and scaling delivery frameworks across the organization. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, transformation-driven contexts and enjoys balancing strategy with hands-on execution.

Accountabilities:

Lead portfolio and program governance, ensuring alignment of strategic roadmaps with company OKRs and business priorities.
Manage dependencies, risks, and delivery bottlenecks across complex, multi-team environments, ensuring predictable execution.
Drive executive-level reporting, providing clear visibility on status, milestones, risks, and delivery performance.
Oversee delivery performance metrics (Lead Time, Cycle Time, Throughput, CFD), identifying optimization opportunities.
Implement continuous improvement cycles (PDCA), leveraging data-driven insights to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Facilitate scaled agile ceremonies (PI Planning, kickoffs, discovery and delivery syncs) across teams and stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to defined delivery methods and frameworks, supporting agile maturity and operational consistency.

Requirements:

Strong experience in Delivery Management, Program Management, or Agile Leadership roles in complex environments.
Proven ability to manage strategic roadmaps, portfolio governance, and alignment with OKRs.
Hands-on experience with Agile frameworks (SAFe is a plus) and large-scale agile ceremonies.
Solid understanding of flow metrics (Lead Time, Cycle Time, Throughput, CFD) and data-driven delivery optimization.
Experience managing senior stakeholders and executive communications with clarity and structure.
Strong leadership, facilitation, and problem-solving skills in dynamic, transformation-oriented contexts.
Ability to drive organizational agility, maturity assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives.
