This role leads the North American commercialization strategy for customer informatics and digital health solutions.
You will translate global portfolio strategies into regional market development, positioning, segmentation, launch, and adoption programs.
The position combines strategic marketing leadership with hands-on execution across a growing digital health ecosystem.
You will identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and adjacent solutions that can expand customer value and accelerate growth.
Working closely with Sales, Product Management, Service, Finance, Operations, and global teams, you will help turn complex technologies into compelling customer value.
Your work will directly support laboratory efficiency, workflow optimization, data visibility, clinical decision-making, and customer retention.

As Senior Marketing Manager, Customer Informatics, you will lead regional marketing strategy and commercialization initiatives while connecting global product direction with North American market needs.
- Develop and execute the North America marketing strategy for Informatics solutions in alignment with global portfolio and commercial priorities.
- Translate global product strategies, positioning, and launch plans into regional market development, segmentation, messaging, and sales enablement programs.
- Identify and evaluate digital health services, partnerships, collaborations, and adjacent solutions that can expand the informatics portfolio.
- Develop and present business cases for investment in new digital health services and solutions.
- Lead launch planning and execution for informatics and digital health products, features, and upgrades, including field readiness, training, customer targeting, and adoption tracking.
- Define compelling regional value propositions that demonstrate how informatics solutions improve laboratory efficiency, workflows, data visibility, clinical decision-making, and customer retention.
- Create sales tools, messaging, training materials, and customer-facing content that enable effective commercial execution.
- Partner with Sales, Service, Product Management, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to drive commercialization success.
- Monitor portfolio performance through adoption, utilization, customer feedback, revenue contribution, and competitive positioning.
- Collaborate with sales and service leadership to strengthen field understanding and positioning of informatics solutions within the broader customer value proposition.
- Support customer reference programs, case studies, peer-to-peer initiatives, webinars, conferences, and thought leadership activities.
- Bring North American market insights, competitive intelligence, customer feedback, and growth opportunities to global informatics and corporate strategy teams.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate brings substantial healthcare marketing experience, strong commercial judgment, and the ability to translate complex technical solutions into clear customer value.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Informatics, or a related field.
- Typically 10+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree, 8+ years with a Master’s degree, or 5+ years with a PhD; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Proven experience commercializing products or solutions within a regulated healthcare, diagnostics, or related environment.
- Strong understanding of healthcare and clinical laboratory customer workflows and market dynamics.
- Demonstrated experience developing marketing strategies, positioning, segmentation, launch plans, and sales enablement programs.
- Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical capabilities into compelling customer benefits.
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in a matrixed organization.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Experience evaluating new market opportunities, partnerships, digital health solutions, or adjacent commercial opportunities is highly valuable.
- Ability to work autonomously and remain organized and self-motivated in a remote environment.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% overnight.
