This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Dead Tank Circuit Breaker Marketing Leader based in United States.
This fully remote role will shape market initiatives for Dead Tank Circuit Breaker (DTCB) and HYpact product lines, helping inform product strategy, positioning, and launch decisions. You will combine market research, competitive intelligence, customer insights, and commercial analysis to identify growth opportunities and portfolio priorities. Working across product, sales, and marketing teams, you will serve as a key connector between market needs and business strategy. Your insights will help strengthen customer value propositions, sales effectiveness, and go-to-market execution. You will also support new product introductions by equipping regional sales teams with relevant technical and competitive tools. This is an opportunity to influence portfolio direction while working in a collaborative, global, and technically sophisticated environment.
- Analyze market trends, customer expectations, applications, and competitor offerings to identify growth opportunities and inform portfolio priorities for DTCB and HYpact product lines.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to consolidate market intelligence and provide product-specific market assessment data that supports portfolio and roadmap discussions.
- Monitor product competitiveness through relevant market and performance dashboards, identifying trends and areas requiring strategic attention.
- Capture and consolidate voice-of-customer insights and regional market feedback to anticipate emerging customer needs and commercial opportunities.
- Serve as a key interface between market requirements and sales expectations, translating structured market inputs into actionable insights for product leadership.
- Develop commercial support materials, including value propositions, competitive battle cards, and product presentations, to strengthen sales effectiveness.
- Support new product introduction and commercialization initiatives by helping regional sales teams access the technical, market, and competitive tools needed to succeed in the field.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Power Systems, or a related technical discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in sales, marketing, tendering, engineering, or a closely related function, with experience in switchgear or the high-voltage sector considered an advantage.
- Strong baseline knowledge of high-voltage switchgear, Air Insulated Switchgear (AIS), power transmission and distribution, or related industrial sectors.
- Understanding of market dynamics, customer behavior, and competitive landscapes, together with the ability and motivation to further develop these commercial and market-oriented capabilities.
- Ability to connect technical product features with commercial and operational value for customers and energy-sector markets, or demonstrated potential to develop this capability.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively across product, sales, marketing, and other functions within a matrix organization.
- Analytical, structured, and commercially minded approach, with the ability to translate market intelligence and customer feedback into clear recommendations and actionable insights.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and commercial audiences.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; employment may be subject to applicable pre-employment screening requirements.
- Base salary range of $118,600–$197,600 USD, with geographic differentials of 110%, 120%, or 130% available in certain locations.
- Eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus.
