You will guide advisory firm clients through the full life insurance lifecycle, from policy reviews and case design through underwriting and placement.
At the same time, you will build relationships with advisory firm principals and develop a pipeline of new strategic partners.
You will serve as a trusted resource for independent advisors, helping them understand life insurance solutions, planning concepts, and the value of a specialized platform.
The role offers significant ownership, with the opportunity to shape outreach, onboarding, and partnership processes from the ground up.
You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams while progressively taking greater ownership of the partnership lifecycle.
This is an ideal opportunity for a commercially minded insurance professional who wants to help build a scalable business development function while delivering meaningful value to advisors and their clients.
The Private Client Manager will own the full lifecycle of life insurance case advisory and contribute directly to the development of a scalable firm acquisition and partnership strategy.

- Develop and manage a pipeline of advisory firms by researching target organizations, identifying decision-makers, and establishing relationships with firm principals.
- Educate prospective partners on the platform, its capabilities, and how it can support their clients and businesses.
- Guide new advisory firms through onboarding and establish strong foundations for long-term partnerships.
- Serve as a trusted life insurance resource for generalist advisors by providing education on insurance fundamentals, trusts, planning concepts, and related strategies.
- Build credibility and expand the partner network through industry events and relationships across the RIA and wealth management communities.
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership on early-stage partnerships and progressively take greater ownership of the full deal cycle.
- Design, document, and continuously refine outreach, sales, and onboarding workflows to create a repeatable and scalable partnership process.
- Partner with Marketing, Product, Operations, and other internal teams to deliver a seamless experience for newly onboarded firms.
- Build toward measurable commercial outcomes, including closed partnerships, a healthy acquisition pipeline, and a growing portfolio of active client cases.
- Help establish the processes, messaging, and best practices that will support the long-term growth of the function.
Requirements:

- Demonstrated ability to manage the full life insurance case lifecycle from initial design through placement.
- Experience building and maintaining a book of business, partnership portfolio, or comparable network of long-term client relationships.
- Proven ability to develop relationships from initial introduction through sustained commercial partnerships.
- Strong understanding of the independent advisor and RIA landscape, including how firms evaluate platforms, partnerships, and service providers.
- Working knowledge of wealth management, financial planning, and the role of life insurance within broader client planning strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build trust quickly and communicate credibly with RIA principals and other senior stakeholders.
- Strong business development instincts and the ability to identify, qualify, educate, and convert high-potential partners.
- Comfortable representing an organization at industry events and cultivating relationships across the wealth management community.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with enthusiasm for building new processes, testing approaches, and contributing to go-to-market strategy.
- Strong ownership, initiative, adaptability, and ability to operate effectively in a rapidly evolving environment.
Benefits:
