The Senior Project Manager, Client Services is responsible for managing client engagements, overseeing project execution, and providing strategic guidance on eDiscovery workflows and best practices. This role requires strong project management expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build trusted relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Manage client projects and annual budgets while identifying strategies to improve delivery efficiency, reduce costs, and increase client satisfaction.
- Act as a trusted consultant by advising clients on eDiscovery best practices, workflows, technologies, and project solutions.
- Plan, monitor, and manage project communications, timelines, scope, and expectations across internal and external stakeholders.
- Create work orders and coordinate activities related to data processing, review, production, and other project requirements.
- Ensure projects are delivered according to industry standards, internal processes, and client expectations.
- Train and support team members on workflows, project procedures, and eDiscovery best practices.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, establish standards, and increase the effective use of technology solutions.
- Serve as an escalation resource by resolving project challenges and recommending practical solutions.
- Build strong client relationships that encourage long-term partnerships and continued collaboration.
The ideal candidate brings significant experience managing eDiscovery projects, consulting with clients, and delivering technology-enabled solutions. They should have strong organizational skills, business judgment, and the ability to communicate effectively with legal, technical, and business stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required; advanced degree such as a Master’s or JD preferred.
- 6+ years of professional experience, including at least 4 years managing eDiscovery projects.
- 5+ years of experience working in a legal department, law firm, legal consulting organization, or eDiscovery provider environment.
- Hands-on experience with Relativity required.
- Strong knowledge of eDiscovery processes, workflows, and technologies used to improve project efficiency and quality.
- Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholder expectations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
- Strong client-facing skills and experience building trusted advisory relationships.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams.
- Adaptability and flexibility in managing changing workloads and evolving client needs.
- Annual salary range of $113,048 to $140,000 USD, depending on qualifications, experience, and location.
