The Staff Product Manager, Agent Hosting will own the strategy, execution, and growth of a production-grade agent runtime platform. This role requires strong product judgment, technical understanding, and the ability to collaborate across engineering, customers, and business teams to deliver scalable infrastructure solutions.
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for agent hosting capabilities, working closely with engineering teams to prioritize initiatives.
- Drive the development of a reliable production runtime experience where customers can deploy, manage, and scale agents with confidence.
- Lead initiatives focused on deployment speed, autoscaling, regional availability, latency optimization, and platform reliability.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer workflows, production requirements, and industry trends to guide product decisions.
- Partner with engineering teams to make effective technical and product tradeoffs around performance, scalability, and cost.
- Grow adoption and revenue by defining strategies that align product value with customer needs and business objectives.
- Expand platform capabilities beyond current use cases to support a broader range of intelligent agent applications.
- Establish strong customer feedback loops and use data-driven insights to continuously improve the product experience.
- Communicate product strategy clearly across technical and executive audiences, building alignment in a highly autonomous environment.
The ideal candidate is an experienced product leader with a strong background in developer-facing platforms, infrastructure products, and complex technical environments. This professional should be comfortable making strategic decisions, working closely with engineers, and driving outcomes in a fast-paced organization.
- 8+ years of experience in product management, ideally at a senior or staff level.
- Proven experience owning developer-facing infrastructure, platform, or cloud-based products.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, runtimes, scaling challenges, latency, and reliability concepts.
- Experience managing products where performance, availability, and operational excellence are core requirements.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with highly technical engineering teams and influence through trust, clarity, and strong judgment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to both executive and engineering audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and comfort operating in ambiguous, rapidly changing environments.
- Ability to prioritize effectively, make difficult tradeoffs, and move initiatives forward with limited information.
- Preferred experience building products involving serverless platforms, deployment systems, containers, compute infrastructure, or developer tools.
- Familiarity with autoscaling, cold-start optimization, multi-region systems, and production software operations.
- Experience with voice AI, real-time communication, telephony, or usage-based pricing models is a plus.
