Job Description
JOB SUMMARY:
This position integrates nursing science, informatics, data analytics, and implementation science to advance evidence-based practice, regulatory readiness, documentation excellence, and workflow efficiency. The Clinical Informaticist partners closely with Frontline Nursing Professionals, Nursing Leadership, Hospital Leadership, Quality, Clinical Excellence, Information Services, and Data Analysts.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid RN License in Maryland (Compact License as applicable)
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing or higher Nursing Degree required; MSN preferred
- BLS Certification from the American Heart Association required
- ACLS/PALS preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience; 7+ years of experience preferred
- Experience in OB, Peds/NICU, ED is highly preferred
