Summary:

• As a defense industries all-source analyst, you use your specialized functional experience and your attention to detail to conduct all-source analytic production on foreign defense industrial programs, infrastructure, and capabilities supporting a foreign country’s ability to develop, equip, sustain, and employ its military forces across basic, strategic, and military industrial sectors.
• The Defense Industries All-Source Analyst on our team, you’ll help our client by providing intelligence production and briefing support to address dynamic intelligence requirements. Using your comprehensive understanding of all-source analytic tradecraft, production cycles, publication standards, community writing styles, and formats, you’ll produce strategic-level assessments and products that address the research, development, acquisition, test, evaluation and production of foreign weapon systems and equipment. As an authority on your topic, your client will look to you for comprehensive production, often under pressure.

Basic Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience producing all-source intelligence analysis reports and briefings and input to IC databases
• Knowledge of ICD 203/206 analytic tradecraft standards
• Experience with Microsoft Office and IC Databases
• Knowledge of IC and Combatant Command environments
• Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefings
• Bachelor's degree, or 7+ years of experience in all-source analysis in lieu of a degree
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
• Experience utilizing MIDB/MARS Databases.
• Created Finished Intelligence Products (FINTEL)
• Order of Battle Structured Analysis

Desired Qualifications

• Experience working in the Intelligence Community (IC)
• Knowledge of transportation and logistics systems, including railroads, roads or highways, bridges, storage facilities, ports, and airfields
• 3+ years of experience with conventional weapons, arms proliferation, materiel exploitation
• Experience with network development tools and method

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Physical requirements may include, but are not limited to, lifting, ascending, and descending stairs, climbing, extended sitting or standing, to various degrees.
