The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish, possesses strong logistics coordination skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Experience in freight forwarding, air cargo, international transportation, or e-commerce logistics is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with CBP, TSA, and international shipping regulations.
  • Monitor shipment progress and proactively communicate updates, delays, and exceptions to customers and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with airlines, trucking companies, customs brokers, warehouses, and international partners to ensure timely cargo movement.
  • Support Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ), bonded warehouse, and in-bond transit operations as required.
  • Maintain accurate shipment records and data within logistics management systems such as Magaya, CargoWise, Descartes, or similar platforms.
  • Assist with shipment tracking, exception management, operational reporting, and process improvements.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and business partners in both English and Spanish.
  • Support operational planning and capacity management during peak shipping periods.

Qualifications Required:

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).
  • 1–3 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, air cargo, transportation, or cross-border operations.
  • Strong understanding of shipping documentation and international logistics processes.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Preferred:

  • Experience with In-Bond shipments (CBP Form 7512), FTZ operations, or bonded warehouses.
  • Proficiency with logistics software platforms such as Magaya, CargoWise, Descartes, or similar systems.
  • Experience supporting e-commerce logistics operations for high-volume retailers and marketplaces.
  • Working knowledge of CBP regulations and international trade compliance requirements.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple shipments and tasks simultaneously.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to issue resolution.
  • Team-oriented, adaptable, and dependable.
  • High level of professionalism, accountability, and ownership.
