Radiant Global Logistics is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Air & Ocean Export Agent to join our International Operations team in Doral, FL. This role is responsible for managing air and ocean export shipments from booking through final delivery while ensuring compliance with export regulations, operational accuracy, and exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate has hands-on freight forwarding experience, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrates strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Key ResponsibilitiesExport Operations (Air & Ocean)
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned export customers.
- Coordinate and manage air, FCL, and LCL export shipments from booking through delivery.
- Prepare and process export documentation, including HAWBs, MAWBs, and related shipment records.
- Track, update, and maintain shipment status in CargoWise, SAP TM, and internal systems.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable export regulations (including ITAR, OFAC, and AES filings).
- Monitor shipments for delays or exceptions and proactively communicate updates.
- Enter proof of delivery and close shipments accurately in the system.
- Coordinate pickups, deliveries, consolidations, and warehouse activities with carriers and vendors.
- Manage specialty and out-of-gauge (OOG) cargo as required.
Customer Service & Communication
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, overseas partners, and internal teams.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, issues, and service disruptions.
- Act as a liaison for shipment escalations and operational problem resolution.
- Send timely shipment pre-alerts and maintain transparent communication throughout the shipment lifecycle.
Billing & Financial Responsibilities
- Generate, review and process invoices to ensure accuracy and timely billing.
- Provide rate quotes upon request and confirm credit approval prior to shipment processing.
- Coordinate rates and tariffs with air and ocean freight vendors as needed.
- 3+ years of experience in air and ocean export operations within international freight forwarding.
- Working knowledge of FCL, LCL, air freight, and specialty cargo handling.
- Familiarity with export compliance requirements, documentation standards, and CTPAT.
- Understanding of ISO standards and global routing practices.
Education
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business, or a related field preferred.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).
- Experience with CargoWise and SAP TM is strongly preferred.

- Usually moderate office noise level with climate-controlled environment.
- Regular physical demands: Walk; sit; use hands to handle or feel; use fingers for keyboarding; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear.
- Specific vision abilities: close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, ability to adjust focus.
Salary Range: $54,000 - $69,500 annually
Starting pay is based on multiple factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, skills, and job-related knowledge. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
Additional Compensation: This position is eligible for incentive bonus opportunities.
