This is a high-impact opportunity for a strategic sales leader with deep expertise in hyperscale infrastructure and data center solutions. In this role, you will drive growth by developing and managing relationships with major hyperscale and global strategic accounts across North America. You will play a key role in expanding market presence, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions within high-density compute and cloud connectivity environments. The position combines consultative enterprise sales, market strategy, and relationship management in a fast-moving technology sector. This role is ideal for an entrepreneurial sales professional who thrives in a dynamic, results-driven environment and enjoys operating at the forefront of digital infrastructure innovation.

Accountabilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives targeting hyperscale and global strategic accounts within the data center and cloud infrastructure sector.
  • Prospect, identify, and close new business opportunities while managing a personal sales quota and maintaining strong pipeline performance.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers, industry partners, carriers, and channel organizations.
  • Create detailed account plans, revenue forecasts, and opportunity management strategies to support business growth objectives.
  • Maintain awareness of market trends, pricing models, competitive positioning, and emerging opportunities within the hyperscale ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to position high-density compute, connectivity, and infrastructure solutions effectively.
  • Participate in industry trade shows, networking events, and strategic business development activities to strengthen market presence.
  • Document customer engagement activities, contracts, sales opportunities, and forecasting information within CRM systems.
  • Support the development and execution of marketing and go-to-market strategies for strategic accounts and target segments.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of successful solution-based sales experience within hyperscale data centers, colocation, cloud connectivity, telecommunications, or related infrastructure sectors.
  • Strong understanding of hyperscale built-to-suit data center environments, powered shell solutions, and pre-lease infrastructure models.
  • Proven experience managing enterprise-level hyperscale or strategic customer accounts.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop business strategies, drive partner enablement, and achieve measurable sales results.
  • Technical knowledge of data center infrastructure, networking, cloud connectivity, and high-density compute environments.
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience using CRM platforms for forecasting, pipeline management, and sales activity tracking.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage executive-level stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing complex sales cycles independently.
  • Must be authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship requirements.
Benefits:
  • Competitive annual base salary ranging from CAD $159,000 to $180,000, plus commission opportunities.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
  • Company-paid life insurance and long-term disability benefits.
  • Retirement savings plan (RSP) with employer matching contributions.
  • Paid vacation and company holidays.
  • Health savings account and mental wellness support programs.
  • Tuition reimbursement and ongoing professional development opportunities.
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and employee recognition initiatives.
  • Opportunity to work within a fast-growing and highly innovative digital infrastructure environment.
  • Collaborative culture focused on career growth, sustainability, and operational excellence.
