This role sits at the heart of a fast-growing B2B marketing organization focused on turning strategic account plans into measurable revenue impact. You will own the execution of Account-Based Marketing programs across multiple tiers, ensuring high-priority accounts receive personalized, high-quality engagement. Working closely with marketing leadership, Sales, and Business Development, you will translate strategy into campaigns that directly influence pipeline and deal acceleration. The environment is highly collaborative, data-driven, and performance-oriented, where marketing output is tightly connected to business outcomes. You will operate across multiple channels including email, paid media, landing pages, and executive communications. This is a hands-on execution role where precision, ownership, and speed are key to success.
- Lead the execution of ABM programs across 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many segments, including account-specific campaigns, sales enablement assets, presentations, and outreach materials
- Design and manage segmented email programs such as nurture sequences, event/webinar promotions, and re-engagement workflows using marketing automation tools
- Own the production and optimization of executive-facing newsletters, coordinating stakeholders, drafting content, and managing distribution
- Build and continuously improve campaign landing pages, including personalized and dynamic experiences aligned to account strategies
- Manage day-to-day performance of paid media campaigns, including LinkedIn Ads optimization, reporting, and coordination with vendors
- Partner closely with Sales and Business Development on account outreach cadence and pipeline-driven engagement strategies
- Deliver clear, actionable reporting on campaign performance, engagement metrics, and pipeline contribution
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing within an agency or in-house environment, supporting complex enterprise sales cycles
- Proven experience executing ABM programs across 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many models, including end-to-end campaign ownership
- Strong writing skills with the ability to craft executive-level messaging and tailored content for technical or regulated industries
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation, landing page, and paid media platforms such as Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Unbounce, and LinkedIn Ads (or equivalents)
- Strong understanding of B2B buying committees and enterprise sales processes
- Highly organized, autonomous, and comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments
- Experience in insurance, insurtech, fintech, or other regulated industries is strongly preferred
