A Finance Clerk is responsible for providing administrative and accounting support to the finance department. This role involves processing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, reconciling accounts, handling invoices, and assisting with financial reports to ensure the organization's financial operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and process invoices, purchase orders, and payment requests.
• Enter financial data into accounting software and maintain accurate records.
• Monitor outstanding invoices and assist with collections and payment follow-ups.
• Maintain organized financial documents and filing systems.
• Respond to vendor and internal department inquiries regarding payments and invoices.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting procedures, and applicable regulations.
• Perform general administrative duties as required by the finance department.

Qualifications and Skills

• High school diploma required; an associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or financial administration is an advantage.
