Position SummaryWe are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Applications Engineer to join our Aurora team.
In this role, you will provide technical and commercial support for our standard pump product line by reviewing customer specifications, selecting and sizing equipment, preparing quotations, and supporting customers throughout the sales process. You will also work closely with Sales, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Field Service to develop effective pumping solutions that meet customer requirements.

What You'll DoReview customer specifications and recommend appropriate pump solutions.
Prepare quotations, proposals, technical submittals, and equipment pricing.
Create and maintain AutoCAD and 3D CAD drawings for customer submittals and product documentation.
Develop test procedures and assist in the design of test stands for standard pump products.
Enter customer orders and maintain accurate information within Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
Support the Canadian distribution network with technical and commercial assistance.
Collaborate with the Outside Sales Team and Field Service Technicians to identify equipment, parts, and service opportunities.
Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Manufacturing, Marketing, and Customer Service to support business objectives.
Assist Marketing with technical literature, sales support materials, and product training.
Monitor market trends, competitive products, and customer needs to support continuous improvement and business growth.
Participate in customer visits, trade shows, and industry events as required.
Assist manufacturing operations with technical support and product-related issues.
Travel occasionally to customer sites and other EBARA locations.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related Engineering discipline.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in applications engineering, manufacturing engineering, technical sales, or a related engineering role.
Experience with pumps, rotating equipment, or industrial process equipment is considered a strong asset.
Experience within a manufacturing environment is preferred.
Strong understanding of mechanical equipment and manufacturing processes.
Experience using Microsoft Office.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM or similar CRM software.
Proficiency with AutoCAD and 3D CAD software (SolidWorks preferred).
Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Hybrid office and manufacturing environment.
Regular interaction with production personnel and shop floor operations.
Occasional travel to customer sites, supplier facilities, trade shows, and other EBARA locations.
Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities while meeting deadlines.
