Executive Deskside Support Technician

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Executive Deskside Support Technician based in the United States.

Provide high-level technical support to executive leaders in a fast-paced corporate environment where reliability, professionalism, and trust are essential. In this role, you will deliver white-glove IT support, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and ensure executives have seamless access to the technology they need to perform effectively. You will work with advanced workplace technologies, including AV systems, conferencing solutions, enterprise applications, and end-user devices. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced IT professional who excels in customer service, handles sensitive situations with discretion, and enjoys solving challenging technical problems while making a direct business impact.

Accountabilities
  • Deliver premium white-glove technical support to executive users, both onsite and remotely, ensuring a professional and highly responsive experience.
  • Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders by understanding their workflows, technology needs, preferences, and expectations.
  • Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for desktop environments, corporate applications, AV equipment, presentation systems, teleconferencing solutions, and communication tools.
  • Independently diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, network, and user-related issues through onsite and remote support channels.
  • Install, configure, deploy, and maintain corporate computers, devices, and technology solutions to ensure reliable operations.
  • Recommend improvements and new technologies that enhance executive productivity and overall workplace experience.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism when supporting senior leaders and handling sensitive business information.
  • Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to improve support processes and deliver consistent service quality.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, professional experience, or military experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting corporate, networked computer environments.
  • Preferred experience includes 10+ years supporting enterprise IT environments with expertise in executive/VIP support, computer deployment, troubleshooting, and corporate AV systems.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and enterprise technology support.
  • Experience supporting telephony equipment, conferencing systems, and workplace collaboration technologies.
  • Familiarity with Mac OS environments is a plus.
  • Experience with hardware installation, software troubleshooting, desktop support, and remote issue resolution.
  • Certifications such as MCP, MCSE, CompTIA A+, or similar technical certifications are preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills with the ability to support executive-level users.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to manage priorities in a high-pressure environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, demonstrate sound judgment, and build trust with senior stakeholders.
