As a People Operations Manager, you will manage the operational foundation of the employee experience by ensuring accurate, compliant, and efficient people processes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Administering employee benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, retirement plans, disability benefits, COBRA, and other offerings.
- Acting as a trusted resource for employees by providing clear guidance on benefits, life events, leave processes, and workplace accommodations.
- Managing relationships with benefits brokers, vendors, carriers, and external partners to resolve issues and improve service delivery.
- Overseeing daily administration of people systems, maintaining accurate employee records, workflows, documentation, and operational processes.
- Managing and optimizing HR technology platforms while identifying opportunities to simplify, automate, and improve people operations.
- Maintaining employment documentation, compliance records, policies, and controls to support regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
- Supporting employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Partnering with leadership and legal stakeholders to maintain consistent employment practices and support compliance initiatives.
- Documenting and improving people processes to create scalable solutions that support organizational growth.
- Handling confidential employee information with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.
The ideal candidate is an experienced people operations professional with strong expertise in HR administration, benefits, and employee support. You should bring:
- 5+ years of experience in people operations, human resources, benefits administration, HR compliance, employee experience, or a related operational role.
- Strong experience managing employee benefits programs and supporting employees through benefits questions, life events, and leave administration.
- Experience managing HR systems, maintaining accurate employee records, and improving operational workflows.
- Experience managing relationships with external vendors, brokers, and service providers.
- Working knowledge of employment practices, HR compliance, documentation standards, accommodations, and leave administration.
- Ability to create, maintain, and improve HR processes within a growing and evolving organization.
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to communicate complex information clearly, thoughtfully, and compassionately.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage sensitive information while demonstrating professionalism, confidentiality, and sound decision-making.

- Competitive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $130,000 USD, plus additional variable compensation opportunities.
