  • Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams including engineering, product, finance, and external partners to drive operational excellence.
  • Identify strategic improvements that reduce costs, increase efficiency, and strengthen overall business performance.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a strategic and hands-on operations leader with experience scaling teams, processes, and systems in high-growth environments. Required qualifications include:

  • Proven experience designing and scaling processes and teams within a rapidly growing organization.
  • Experience working in high-growth D2C, e-commerce, marketplace, or technology-driven environments is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify operational challenges, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Experience managing manufacturing, supply chain, or external operational partners while balancing cost, quality, and speed.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to influence teams across engineering, product, finance, and business functions.
  • Experience leading customer-facing or support teams is a plus.
  • Experience building operational functions from the ground up in a startup or scaling company is preferred.
  • Familiarity with creator economy, crowdfunding, merchandise, apparel, or global manufacturing operations is an advantage.
  • Experience managing outsourced research, agency relationships, or international partners is beneficial.
  • Mandarin fluency is considered a plus.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and strategic decision-making skills.
