Our luxury wellness spa is seeking a motivated and dynamic Assistant Spa Director to help lead our team and drive sales. As the Assistant Spa Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the spa's daily operations--including sales, customer service, and team management, reporting to and under direct supervision of your location Spa Director, Area Spa Director, and District Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and meet sales targets
- Lead and motivate a team of spa professionals to provide exceptional customer service and achieve business goals
- Ensure the spa is operating efficiently and effectively, including managing inventory and labor hours
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization throughout the spa
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients staff and vendors, and the community
