The role combines hands-on analytics with strategic influence, helping leaders improve conversion, prioritize investments, and accelerate pipeline growth.

- Define trusted attribution and return-on-investment methodologies for marketing programs, including marketing development funds, co-marketing initiatives, and marketing-funded sales performance incentive funds.
- Develop targeting and measurement models to support inside sales motions focused on product-led growth prospects.
- Build account intelligence and scoring models to support account-based marketing, expansion opportunities, and adoption of new products.
- Lead the analytical narrative for Marketing quarterly business reviews, operating reviews, and planning processes by connecting marketing activity to pipeline and revenue outcomes.

- Build scalable datasets, dashboards, reporting solutions, and data-quality controls in partnership with Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, Finance, and Data teams.

- Improve existing dashboards and reporting for accuracy, usability, actionability, and self-service access.
- Analyze funnel conversion, campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and marketing investment effectiveness to identify actionable opportunities.
- Provide executive-ready reporting and insights for quarterly business reviews and other strategic business discussions.
- Reduce recurring ad hoc analysis requests by developing scalable dashboards and self-service reporting capabilities.
- During the first 30 days, develop a strong understanding of Salesforce, Snowflake, Sigma, existing marketing reporting, program structures, funnel definitions, attribution methodologies, and reporting processes while building relationships with key stakeholders.
- During the first 60 days, take ownership of core marketing reporting, improve reporting processes, establish effective support models, and begin delivering analysis on funnel conversion, campaign performance, and pipeline contribution.
- During the first 90 days, independently deliver executive-ready reporting, provide actionable insights, and complete a priority analysis such as Field Marketing return on investment, account-based marketing targeting, or product-led growth and inside sales opportunity identification.
Requirements

- You have strong knowledge of demand generation, marketing funnel measurement, attribution, experimentation, account-based marketing, and pipeline economics.
- You can independently structure complex and ambiguous business problems and turn them into defensible, decision-ready recommendations.
- You have experience building scalable dashboards, reporting solutions, and data products that enable business teams to make informed decisions.
