This is an opportunity for an early-career technology professional to work at the intersection of software development, business systems, data, automation, and artificial intelligence.
You will build and improve practical solutions that directly enhance business operations and productivity.
The role offers hands-on exposure to ERP systems, APIs, integrations, databases, dashboards, and modern AI development tools.
You will work closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to turn business needs into reliable technology solutions.
From requirements gathering through development, testing, deployment, and documentation, you will have opportunities to own solutions end to end.

- Support, troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance the organization's ERP environment, developing solutions that respond to evolving operational and business requirements.
- Design and develop internal software tools, dashboards, applications, integrations, and automations that address practical business challenges and reduce manual work.
- Build and maintain integrations between business applications, ensuring reliable data exchange and efficient system-to-system workflows.
- Apply AI coding assistants and emerging AI technologies to software development, workflow automation, productivity initiatives, and business decision-making.
- Work directly with stakeholders to understand requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and manage projects through development, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
- Develop SQL queries, reports, data pipelines, and related data solutions that provide accurate and accessible information for business users and leadership.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, and technology capabilities across the organization.
- Maintain clear technical documentation and communicate effectively with stakeholders throughout the solution lifecycle.
- Demonstrate strong ability to understand business needs and translate them into practical, effective technical solutions.
- Bring solid programming fundamentals and experience with one or more modern languages such as C#, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
- Have working knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and fundamental data concepts.
- Understand how applications, databases, APIs, and system integrations interact within a broader technology environment.
- Have familiarity with AI-assisted software development tools and a genuine interest in expanding the use of AI across development and business operations.
- Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities, with a curious and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar platforms is preferred.
- Experience with an ERP platform such as Acumatica, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, or Sage is a plus.
- Experience with Salesforce, including Flow, Apex, APIs, or business-system integrations, is advantageous.
- Exposure to AWS, Azure, or other cloud platforms is preferred.
- Full-stack web development experience, including React, Vite, REST APIs, or similar technologies, is beneficial.
- Experience developing APIs, system integrations, or data pipelines is a plus.
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
- Exposure to accounting, finance, business operations, or ERP-driven processes is advantageous.
