Job Description

RVP, Enterprise Sales - Northeast Territory

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a RVP, Enterprise Sales - Northeast Territory based in United States.

This is a high-impact enterprise sales leadership opportunity focused on expanding partnerships with large employers across the Northeast.
You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through negotiation, close, and expansion opportunities.
The role centers on helping benefits leaders address healthcare costs, employee engagement, and measurable clinical outcomes through an AI-powered care platform.
You will build trusted relationships with HR, Benefits, and Total Rewards executives while developing strong partnerships across the benefits ecosystem.
Working closely with brokers, consultants, health plans, Clinical, Business Development, and Customer Success teams, you will shape compelling solutions for enterprise clients.
Success will require a consultative approach, strong commercial judgment, and the ability to communicate complex clinical and financial value to executive audiences.
This remote-first role offers the opportunity to contribute to a rapidly evolving healthcare environment while leveraging AI as an integral part of how you work.

Accountabilities:
  • Own the complete enterprise sales cycle across the Northeast, from initial prospecting and discovery through negotiation, contracting, close, and relevant upsell opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain trusted relationships with HR, Benefits, Total Rewards, and other senior decision-makers at self-insured employers with approximately 1,000–10,000 employees.
  • Build productive relationships with brokers, benefits consultants, and health plan partners to establish referral channels and facilitate contracting opportunities.
  • Lead consultative discovery conversations to understand employer healthcare spend, musculoskeletal health challenges, workforce needs, and broader benefits strategies.
  • Clearly communicate the platform’s differentiated value, including clinical outcomes, outcomes-based pricing, employee engagement, and claims-based return on investment.
  • Coordinate and deliver executive-level presentations, product demonstrations, business cases, and ROI analyses in collaboration with clinical and health economics specialists.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasts against quarterly and annual revenue and new-business targets.
  • Monitor competitive dynamics and market developments, using insights to differentiate solutions and strengthen positioning during competitive evaluations.
  • Partner closely with Customer Success and cross-functional teams to support smooth implementations, strong adoption, and long-term enterprise relationships.
  • Use AI tools and workflows to improve sales productivity, research, outreach, opportunity management, and overall commercial effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience selling to employers, preferably within healthcare, digital health, employee benefits, or a related industry.
  • Proven success managing complex, consultative enterprise sales cycles involving HR, Benefits, Total Rewards, and other senior decision-makers.
  • Demonstrated experience working with brokers, consultants, health plans, or other stakeholders within the employee benefits ecosystem.
  • Strong understanding of self-insured employer healthcare models, healthcare spending, and key cost drivers.
  • Ability to translate clinical, financial, and ROI-related concepts into compelling business value for executive audiences.
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, relationship-building, and executive presentation skills.
  • Comfortable operating in competitive sales environments and differentiating solutions based on measurable outcomes rather than features alone.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with demonstrated ability to manage multiple opportunities, maintain pipeline discipline, and forecast accurately.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales enablement technologies.
  • Strong commercial judgment, persistence, communication skills, and ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
  • Ability to travel within the Northeast territory as needed.
  • Demonstrated AI proficiency is expected, with candidates able to provide examples of how they use AI to improve productivity, develop workflows, or integrate AI into their work.
  • Must have legal authorization to work in the United States; immigration or work visa sponsorship is not provided.
Benefits:
  • Competitive total compensation package including base salary, variable compensation, sales incentives, and potential equity.
  • Compensation is reviewed based on skills, qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and demonstrated impact.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance for eligible full-time employees.
  • Life and AD&D insurance.
  • Supplemental accident, hospital, and critical illness insurance.
  • Health Savings Account.
  • Equity opportunities.
  • 401(k) plan.
  • Discretionary paid time off and paid company holidays.
  • Parental leave.
  • Flexible working hours and a remote-first work environment.
  • Financial advisory services.
  • Free digital therapy services for employees and their families.
  • Opportunity to work at the intersection of enterprise sales, healthcare innovation, and AI-powered care.
  • Eligibility for listed benefits applies to full-time employees regularly working 25+ hours per week.
