About This Position
Aurora Medical Spa was founded in 2006 and is celebrating 20 years of dedicated service in aesthetic skin care and body contouring. We have built a strong reputation for delivering exceptional results through a team of highly trained professionals.
Today, Aurora is a fast-growing, multi-location company entering its next phase of growth.
We are not looking to maintain what exists. We are focused on building what comes next.
As we scale, we are investing in better systems, smarter reporting, and more efficient ways of operating across all locations. This includes how we use data, technology, and AI to operate faster and more effectively.
This role is for someone who wants to be part of that evolution.
If you prefer highly structured, slow-moving environments, this likely is not the right fit. If you enjoy solving problems, improving systems, and moving quickly while maintaining accuracy, you will do well here.

We offer a competitive benefits package including employee and Friends & Family discounts, a supportive and high-performing work environment, paid holidays and PTO, and a 401K with company match. Full-time employees are eligible for Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, and Life Insurance coverage.
