As the Assistant Bar Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Bar Manager in all aspects of the bar operations. You will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organised bar area, and supporting the team in delivering high-quality drinks and food to our guests.

Key responsibilities:
- Assist the Bar Manager in overseeing day-to-day bar operations
- Train and mentor bar staff to maintain high service standards
- Develop and implement new cocktail and drink menus
- Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating staff shifts
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role in a bar or restaurant setting
- Strong knowledge of cocktail making and bar operations
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
