About This Position
I am currently looking for a skilled Front of House team member to join our team at Hash's Coffee shop the 2nd, located in London, England EC1N 8SS. This exciting full-time role offers the opportunity to be the face of our establishment and provide exceptional customer service to all of our guests.
As a Front of House team member, you will be responsible for welcoming customers, taking orders, and ensuring a positive dining experience for everyone who walks through our doors. Your friendly demeanor and strong communication skills will be essential in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Additionally, you will work closely with the rest of the team to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently.
Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Greeting customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Taking food and drink orders accurately
- Providing recommendations and answering any questions about our menu items
- Ensuring all orders are delivered promptly and accurately
- Handling customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner
- Maintaining a clean and organized Front of House area
To be successful in this role, you must have excellent customer service skills, be a team player, and have a positive attitude. Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred but not required, as we are willing to train the right candidate.
