ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Duty Manager to join our leadership team. In this hands-on role, you’ll oversee daily operations, lead a high-performing team, and ensure an exceptional experience for our guests. Working closely with the Operations Manager and Senior Duty Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving exceptional experiences in a fast-paced, multi-faceted venue.

ABOUT YOU

• Proven experience as a Duty Manager in a high-volume, multi-faceted venue.

• Availability for a mix of days, nights, and weekends.

• Current RSA/RCG/ARCG certification (mandatory).

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate a team.

• Calm under pressure, adaptable, and solutions-focused.

• Experience with IdealPos and Deputy (preferred).

• Highly organized, maintaining consistency in service and operations.
