We're excited to announce that we are looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as the Assistant General Manager for our new Sydney Fish Markets venue at Touchwood Sydney! Located in the vibrant neighborhood of Pyrmont, NSW 2009, this casual role offers a fantastic opportunity to be part of an exciting new venture in the heart of Sydney's food scene.
As the Assistant General Manager, you will play a key role in assisting the General Manager in the day-to-day operations of the venue. You will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly, from managing staff and ensuring customer satisfaction to overseeing inventory and implementing operational procedures. Your passion for the hospitality industry and your ability to lead by example will be essential in creating a positive work environment and delivering a top-notch dining experience for our guests.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in a managerial role in the hospitality industry
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
