ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

As an energetic, passionate, and experienced Duty Manager, you will join the management team to drive and and deliver outstanding experiences for our customers every day. You will be responsible for leading and mentoring the team while managing a variety of shift operations, working closely with the Senior Duty Manager and General Manager.

ABOUT YOU

You are a positive and passionate manager with a proven track record in high-volume, fast-paced multi-faceted venues. Motivated to work hands-on, you will be actively present on the floor, supporting our team to deliver exceptional experiences. You will demonstrate the following:

• At least 2 years of experience as a Duty Manager in a similar role within a large, multi-faceted venue.

• Availability for days, nights, and weekends.

• Current RSA/RCG/ARCG certification is mandatory

• Experience with IdealPos and Deputy is advantageous.

• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to use initiative.

• Ability to remain calm under pressure, creating a collaborative team atmosphere.

• Quick-thinking, adaptable, and capable of problem-solving on the run.

• Highly organized, maintaining consistency in service quality.
