As a Manager, you will be an integral part of our operations, overseeing various areas within the venue to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests. You will be responsible for leading and motivating a diverse team, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a safe and clean environment. This is a full-time position, offering a great opportunity to contribute to the success of our park.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and guidance to a team of employees, ensuring they are motivated, trained, and well-equipped to deliver excellent customer service.

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of your departments and duty manage.

• Monitor guest satisfaction levels and address any concerns or issues promptly and effectively.

• Implement and monitor safety protocols and procedures to ensure the well-being of guests and team.

• Collaborate with other managers and teams to develop and execute strategies to enhance the overall guest experience.

• Uphold & lead teams with WHS policies, procedures and training.

• Maintain records and generate reports on operations and attendance.

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve operations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in the entertainment, hospitality, fast food or tourism industry.

• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

• Strong customer service orientation and a genuine passion for creating memorable experiences for guests.

• Exceptional organisational and problem-solving abilities.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with team and guests from diverse backgrounds.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, as required by the operational needs of the business.
