Siena Catholic Schools of Racine is seeking an experienced, service-oriented Human Resources Generalist to join our growing team. As our Human Resources Generalist, you will play a vital role in supporting faculty and staff by managing key HR functions, including:

• Process accurate biweekly payroll using ADP Workforce Now

• Coordinate the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employment changes, and offboarding

• Manage recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer preparation

• Maintain confidential employee records and HR documentation

• Generate payroll, compliance, and workforce reports using ADP Workforce Now

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and school policies

• Support employee questions regarding payroll, policies, and HR programs

• Assist with benefits administration, leave tracking, and HR process improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

• 3–5 years of Human Resources Generalist experience

• Demonstrated experience processing payroll using ADP Workforce Now

• Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and HR compliance

• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism

• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, Google Docs,

Preferred Qualifications

• SHRM-CP, PHR, or other HR certification

• Experience in education, nonprofit, or faith-based organization

• Experience administering employee benefits

• Knowledge of contracts, non-contracts and temporary employment
