About the Position
Are you ready to take ownership of a recruiting function and make a real impact at a growing company? Bevara Building Services is looking for a motivated and proactive Recruiter to join our HR team.
As the sole recruiter, you will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across the country—primarily for roles such as Building Engineers, Chief Engineers, Maintenance Technicians, and a variety of corporate positions. While you’ll lead the recruitment efforts independently, you will have strong support from our amazing team when needed.
Key Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle recruiting for field-based roles across the U.S.
Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create role-specific recruitment plans
Conduct phone screens and assess candidate fit for role and culture
Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and manage communications throughout the hiring process
Extend offers and support onboarding in collaboration with HR team
Maintain and optimize our applicant tracking system (ATS)
Promote employer branding and ensure a strong candidate experience
Track recruitment metrics and identify areas for improvement
Build long-term relationships and pipelines in key markets to support future hiring needs
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in maintenance, skilled trades, or field-based roles
Proven success in direct sourcing and engaging passive candidates
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a high-volume environment
Self-motivated, organized, and resourceful with a proactive mindset
Experience with ATS and recruiting tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.)
