As a Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for developing, launching, and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns that support regional growth objectives. You will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and operational teams to create consistent customer journeys, improve campaign performance, and contribute to scalable demand generation strategies.
- Develop and localize integrated demand generation campaigns across AMER and EMEA, aligning product marketing, content, digital marketing, events, partnerships, lifecycle programs, and sales initiatives.
- Own campaign planning from strategy through execution, including defining audiences, messaging, assets, timelines, and success metrics.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver coordinated campaigns across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
- Build expertise in target industries and regional markets to create relevant campaigns that reflect customer needs, buying behaviors, and market trends.
- Define campaign asset strategies, including educational content, webinars, research, customer stories, events, and partner initiatives.
- Lead collaboration between Product Marketing, Content, Design, Digital Marketing, Events, Partnerships, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
- Support AI-enabled marketing workflows, automation initiatives, and campaign intelligence efforts to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Partner with Sales leadership to identify opportunities, refine messaging, and optimize campaigns based on market feedback.
- Measure campaign performance through pipeline contribution, qualified opportunities, revenue impact, and other commercial indicators.
- Lead campaign reviews and optimization initiatives to improve future performance and marketing effectiveness.
You are a strategic and execution-focused marketer with experience building integrated campaigns in a B2B SaaS environment. You combine strong project management skills with commercial awareness and the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and regions.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation, integrated marketing, or field marketing.
- Proven experience developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Strong project management abilities with experience managing multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to connect marketing initiatives to measurable business outcomes.
- Experience partnering closely with Sales teams and cross-functional marketing functions.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or similar tools.
- Comfortable using AI tools and automation technologies to improve marketing processes and effectiveness.
- Ability to work effectively across different regions and time zones.
- Nice to have: Experience marketing to accounting, tax, professional services, or SMB audiences.
- Competitive annual base salary ranging from $140,000 to $165,000 USD, depending on location, experience, and skillset.
