The Solutions Engineer will act as the technical bridge between prospective customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders by translating business challenges into effective solution strategies. - Lead discovery sessions with prospective customers to understand their risk, compliance, and operational challenges.
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations alongside sales teams, tailoring presentations to customer objectives and industry needs.
- Facilitate workshops to gather information about current processes, workflows, pain points, and improvement opportunities.
- Configure customized demonstrations and proof-of-concept applications using a flexible no-code platform.
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle by connecting customer needs with solution capabilities.
- Build strong relationships with prospects and help guide them toward successful technology decisions.
- Educate customers and broader audiences through webinars, documentation, and thought leadership content.
- Provide product feedback and market insights to internal teams to influence future improvements.
- Collaborate with implementation and customer success teams to ensure smooth customer transitions after purchase.
- Leverage AI-powered tools and automation capabilities to improve demo creation, workflow efficiency, and customer engagement.
The ideal candidate is a customer-focused technical professional with experience in GRC, cybersecurity, risk management, or related fields. They should be comfortable presenting software solutions, managing multiple engagements, and connecting technical capabilities to business outcomes.
- 4+ years of experience in GRC, cyber risk, compliance, or adjacent fields as a Solutions Engineer, consultant, practitioner, or similar role.
- Experience delivering software demonstrations, technical presentations, or customer-facing solution workshops.
- Strong ability to understand customer challenges and communicate how technology can address business needs.
- Experience managing multiple projects, customer engagements, and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with sales, product, implementation, and customer success teams.
- Curiosity and willingness to continuously learn new technologies, products, and industry trends.
- Experience selling, implementing, or administering GRC SaaS platforms is preferred.
- Familiarity with governance, risk, and compliance concepts is a strong advantage.
- Experience using generative AI tools, automation platforms, or technical productivity assistants is preferred.
- Experience with enterprise software environments and consultative sales processes is beneficial.
- Competitive on-target earnings range of $140,000–$180,000 annually, depending on role level and experience.
