Compliance Reporting Program Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Compliance Reporting Program Manager based in United States.

This role offers the opportunity to lead critical compliance and regulatory reporting initiatives within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
You will coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure reporting requirements are clearly defined, accurately delivered, and aligned with business priorities.
The position plays a key role in improving reporting processes, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making.
You will partner with Compliance, Business Intelligence, and Operations teams to manage workflows, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement.

Accountabilities:

The Compliance Reporting Program Manager is responsible for coordinating the planning, execution, and delivery of compliance and regulatory reporting programs. This role ensures reporting initiatives are managed effectively, stakeholders remain aligned, and reporting outputs are accurate, timely, and continuously improved.

  • Coordinate end-to-end compliance and regulatory reporting activities across multiple teams and business functions.
  • Partner with Compliance, Business Intelligence, Operations, and other stakeholders to gather, document, and translate reporting requirements into actionable deliverables.
  • Manage reporting workflows, including intake processes, prioritization, timelines, approvals, and final delivery.
  • Support the creation, validation, and review of recurring and ad hoc reports to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Identify reporting challenges, coordinate issue resolution, and communicate progress and outcomes to key stakeholders.
  • Maintain clear documentation of reporting processes, requirements, workflows, and operational procedures.
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency, automation, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Support data validation efforts and ensure reporting logic aligns with business and compliance objectives.
  • Drive accountability across teams by managing milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on reporting quality and operational excellence.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an experienced program management or reporting professional with strong analytical capabilities, excellent stakeholder management skills, and experience supporting complex reporting initiatives in regulated environments.

  • 8+ years of experience in program management, business analysis, reporting operations, or related roles.
  • Experience managing reporting or analytics workflows, including requirements gathering, documentation, coordination, and delivery.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting compliance, regulatory, audit, or operational reporting initiatives, preferably within healthcare, payer, or provider environments.
  • Familiarity with SQL, Tableau, and foundational data concepts such as structured datasets, report logic, and data validation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including identifying issues, troubleshooting data challenges, and coordinating solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to reporting accuracy and quality.
  • Ability to operate effectively in cross-functional environments and drive measurable outcomes.
  • Experience improving processes, workflows, or reporting operations is preferred.
