Senior Customer Relationship Manager, Digital Audiences

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Customer Relationship Manager, Digital Audiences based in the United States.

This role offers the opportunity to lead strategic partnerships with high-value clients and drive meaningful revenue growth through innovative digital audience solutions.
You will manage complex customer relationships, working with senior stakeholders to develop long-term strategies that align business objectives with data-driven opportunities.
The position requires a strong combination of commercial expertise, consultative selling, and relationship management skills.
You will influence product adoption, identify expansion opportunities, and help shape solutions that deliver measurable client impact.

Accountabilities:

As a Senior Customer Relationship Manager, you will own strategic client relationships, ensuring retention, expansion, and long-term partnership success across complex accounts. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, using market insights, data, and commercial expertise to identify opportunities and deliver impactful growth strategies.

  • Manage top-tier and complex customer accounts independently, navigating multiple stakeholders, buying centers, and cross-market initiatives.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies focused on retention, platform adoption, revenue expansion, and long-term customer success.
  • Lead executive-level discussions, negotiations, and strategic planning sessions with senior client and agency leaders.
  • Identify and pursue growth opportunities, including solution expansion, integrations, and strategic initiatives that increase customer value.
  • Drive revenue growth across strategic accounts by uncovering new opportunities and strengthening existing partnerships.
  • Represent customer needs internally, influencing product positioning, adoption strategies, and future roadmap decisions.
  • Maintain strong account health by identifying churn risks, developing mitigation plans, and protecting existing revenue.
  • Support complex business development initiatives, including strategic pitches and partnership opportunities.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to improving account management practices across the organization.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and operational teams to ensure successful execution of customer strategies.
  • Use data, insights, and customer feedback to inform recommendations and improve business outcomes.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate brings extensive experience managing strategic B2B relationships, driving commercial growth, and advising senior stakeholders. You should combine strong business acumen with expertise in digital advertising, audience data, or related technology-driven environments.

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 8+ years of experience in corporate sales, business development, account management, or strategic client relationship roles.
  • Proven experience in digital advertising, audience data, AdTech, media sales, or similar industries.
  • Demonstrated success managing complex enterprise accounts and delivering revenue growth.
  • Strong executive relationship-building skills with the ability to establish trust and credibility with senior decision-makers.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and planning abilities, with experience developing multi-year customer strategies.
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities.
  • Advanced consultative selling, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and deliver persuasive recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data and insights to guide business decisions.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with sales, product, and operational teams.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to mentor colleagues and elevate team performance.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ownership mindset with strong problem-solving abilities, curiosity, initiative, and a commitment to continuous learning.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English and any additional languages relevant to the assigned market, when applicable.
