Job Description
The Administrative Coordinator performs secretarial duties for the Faculty Physician at Pavilion Family Medicine. Also assists in other functions of the Residency Program.
High School diploma or GED equivalent. Two (2) years’ secretarial experience with office management skills.
Knowledge of general office administration procedures; ability to maintain a high level of accuracy; excellent interpersonal skills; analytical and problem-solving skills; decision making skills; effective verbal and listening skills; very effective organizational skills; computer skills including the ability to develop and operate spreadsheets; time management skills; ability to be flexible.
Successful candidates will be subject to criminal background and drug screens.
