The Drive Ahead (Role Duties)• Meeting and assisting clients with vehicle drop-offs
• Assisting service advisors with vehicle check-ins and parking
• Shuttle driving clients to and from the dealership
• Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the drive-through and client waiting areas
• Conducting service satisfaction follow-up calls
• Picking up and dropping off client vehicles as needed
• Clearing snow from parking lots and entrances during winter months
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Friendly, professional demeanor and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable driving various types of vehicles
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract
• Full-time availability — typically Monday to Friday (approx. 40 hours/week)
• Competitive wages based on industry benchmarks and experience (starting range: $17–$20/hour based on customer interaction experience)
