As a Lead Generation Marketing Specialist, you will play a central role in driving commercial growth by creating and optimizing lead generation strategies that deliver a steady pipeline of qualified sales opportunities. Working at the intersection of marketing and sales, you will leverage data, automation, and CRM tools to improve campaign performance, streamline sales processes, and maximize conversion rates. You will collaborate closely with commercial leadership, sales development teams, and account executives to identify target markets, engage decision-makers, and support revenue growth. - Develop, execute, and optimize multi-channel lead generation campaigns using email, LinkedIn, phone outreach, and other digital engagement strategies.
- Research target markets, identify high-value accounts, key decision-makers, and buying committees to generate qualified sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales leadership, business development representatives, and account executives to support pipeline growth and revenue objectives.
- Conduct prospect research and needs assessments to align customer challenges with appropriate solutions and improve lead qualification.
- Manage inbound lead follow-up while ensuring timely routing of qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales representatives.
- Build and maintain automated workflows, campaign processes, and reporting dashboards within HubSpot to improve sales and marketing efficiency.
- Monitor campaign performance, sales funnel metrics, and conversion rates, using data-driven insights to refine outreach strategies and maximize return on investment.
- Evaluate and recommend new customer acquisition channels, tools, and best practices to continuously strengthen lead generation performance.
- 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, demand generation, marketing, sales operations, or a related B2B commercial role.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Proven ability to generate qualified leads, meet performance targets, and contribute to sales pipeline growth.
- Strong experience using HubSpot, including CRM management, workflow automation, email marketing, and campaign reporting.
- Experience supporting B2B sales organizations through lead generation, campaign execution, or marketing operations.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and familiarity with digital marketing tools and reporting platforms.
- Experience with prospecting platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or similar solutions is considered an asset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage prospects and build professional relationships.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting campaign metrics and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Fully remote position based in Canada.
- Competitive annual salary of CAD $65,000–$70,000.
