As the Senior Director of Product Marketing, you will lead the development and execution of enterprise Product Marketing strategies, building scalable frameworks that improve market positioning, sales effectiveness, and business growth. You will establish strong operating practices, develop teams, and partner across the organization to deliver impactful go-to-market initiatives.
- Define and execute the Product Marketing strategy, evolving from product-focused marketing toward solution and theme-based go-to-market programs.
- Build and manage a scalable Product Marketing operating model, including launch frameworks, planning processes, governance, prioritization, and execution standards.
- Lead cross-functional go-to-market initiatives in partnership with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Channel, Demand Generation, and executive stakeholders.
- Develop differentiated market narratives and portfolio positioning that clearly connect customer needs with business solutions.
- Create scalable product-led sales plays that enable sales teams to identify opportunities, communicate value, and improve revenue outcomes.
- Establish repeatable launch strategies and enablement frameworks that increase adoption and commercial effectiveness.
- Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing Product Marketing organization with strong strategic and execution capabilities.
- Champion AI-powered marketing approaches, automation, and modern tools to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to executive leadership regarding market trends, portfolio priorities, and growth opportunities.
- Support organizational transformation by introducing improved processes, collaboration models, and best practices.
The ideal candidate is an experienced Product Marketing leader with a strong background in B2B SaaS, enterprise technology, and strategic go-to-market execution. You should have proven experience leading teams, influencing executives, and building scalable marketing capabilities that drive measurable business results.
- 10–12+ years of progressive experience in Product Marketing, including at least 7 years in leadership positions.
- Proven experience managing and developing Product Marketing teams within a B2B SaaS or technology organization.
- Strong track record of building enterprise go-to-market strategies, launch frameworks, and scalable marketing operating models.
- Experience transitioning Product Marketing from product-centric approaches to solution, portfolio, or theme-based strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to create market positioning, messaging frameworks, and sales enablement programs that improve commercial performance.
- Experience partnering closely with Sales leadership to develop repeatable revenue motions, pipeline strategies, and customer engagement programs.
- Strong executive communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment.
- Experience leading organizational change, strategic planning, and cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to connect marketing strategies to measurable business outcomes.
- Experience leveraging AI, automation, and modern marketing technologies to improve productivity and effectiveness.
- Experience working with partner ecosystems such as enterprise software platforms is highly preferred.
