The Demand Generation Manager will be responsible for building and optimizing marketing programs that drive qualified leads, strengthen the sales pipeline, and improve customer acquisition performance. This role requires a balance of strategic planning, campaign execution, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy across paid, owned, earned, and lifecycle marketing channels.
- Plan, launch, and manage integrated campaigns focused on pipeline generation and revenue growth.
- Manage paid acquisition initiatives across platforms such as LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and other digital advertising channels.
- Create and optimize email marketing campaigns, lead nurturing programs, and marketing automation workflows.
- Partner with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with revenue targets and pipeline goals.
- Optimize landing pages, conversion journeys, and lead capture processes to improve campaign performance.
- Analyze campaign results using marketing and sales data, identifying opportunities for optimization.
- Build dashboards and reporting frameworks tracking key metrics such as pipeline contribution, conversion rates, CPL, CAC, ROI, and campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver impactful marketing initiatives.
- Stay informed on emerging marketing trends, AI-powered tools, and industry best practices to improve performance.
- Support the development of scalable marketing processes that enhance long-term growth.
The ideal candidate is an experienced B2B marketer with a strong understanding of demand generation, digital marketing, and full-funnel growth strategies. They should be analytical, proactive, and comfortable managing campaigns independently in a fast-paced environment.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or digital marketing roles.
- Proven experience creating and executing demand generation campaigns that generate measurable pipeline growth.
- Experience marketing SaaS, technology, or other B2B solutions.
- Hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns, including LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads.
- Strong knowledge of HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms.
- Experience using CRM and marketing analytics tools to measure campaign performance.
- Strong understanding of lead generation, nurturing strategies, conversion optimization, and full-funnel marketing.
- Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote, high-growth environment.
- Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies is an asset.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms is an asset.
- Experience using AI-powered marketing tools, SEO, content marketing, or supporting SDR/BDR teams is an asset.
- Competitive base salary of $80,000–$95,000 CAD annually, plus performance-based bonus opportunities.
