This temporary 6-month role offers the opportunity to design and optimize customer engagement programs that influence the full lifecycle journey.
The position focuses on building scalable, cross-channel marketing experiences that improve activation, adoption, retention, and customer growth.
You will work across marketing automation, in-app engagement platforms, and CRM systems to create impactful customer communications.
Collaborating with teams across marketing, operations, product, and revenue functions, you will help transform customer insights into measurable business outcomes.
The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, combining technical marketing expertise with strong analytical and operational skills.

The Temporary Lifecycle Marketing Specialist will support the development, execution, and continuous improvement of lifecycle marketing initiatives across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
- Build and manage lifecycle marketing programs across onboarding, adoption, expansion, retention, and re-engagement journeys.
- Develop scalable customer journeys using email, in-app messaging, and other engagement channels.
- Create automated marketing programs by managing audience segmentation, behavioral triggers, personalization, cadence strategies, and suppression logic.
- Build and maintain campaigns and nurture programs within marketing automation platforms.
- Develop and manage in-app messaging experiences, targeting strategies, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with marketing, revenue operations, product marketing, and operations teams to align customer journeys with business objectives.
- Partner with technical teams to define data requirements, manage field mappings, and support campaign automation workflows.
- Troubleshoot data synchronization and operational issues impacting campaign execution across CRM and marketing platforms.
- Monitor lifecycle performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve engagement, conversion, retention, and customer progression.
- Support testing strategies, including A/B testing of messaging, timing, targeting, and journey structures.
- Improve campaign workflows, templates, documentation, and quality assurance processes to increase efficiency and scalability.
- Leverage automation and AI-powered tools to streamline campaign execution, validation, and operational processes.
- Ensure all campaigns meet brand, compliance, and quality standards.
The ideal candidate is a lifecycle marketing professional with strong technical marketing experience and the ability to manage complex customer engagement programs.
- 2–5+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM marketing, growth marketing, marketing automation, or customer engagement.
- Hands-on experience with Marketo is required.
- Experience with Pendo or similar in-app engagement and customer journey platforms is required.
- Proven experience building automated nurture programs and lifecycle campaigns across multiple customer touchpoints.
- Familiarity with customer journey orchestration, segmentation strategies, behavioral triggers, and personalization.
- Experience working with Salesforce and marketing operations workflows.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use performance data to optimize campaigns and improve conversion.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams including Marketing, RevOps, Product Marketing, and Operations.
- Experience with additional tools such as SendGrid, Groove, SMS platforms, or similar engagement technologies is an asset.
- Experience using AI tools or automation workflows to improve marketing execution is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with global teams across different time zones.
