You will play a key role in strengthening retail execution, improving sell-through, and expanding the brand’s presence across key markets.

Accountabilities:

  • Develop and oversee retail marketing calendars, including launches, seasonal campaigns, sampling programs, promotional activities, and in-store activations.
  • Partner with internal creative and operational teams to deliver retailer-specific marketing materials, product launches, and sales enablement resources.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of co-op investments, promotional activities, and retail programs to optimize future strategies.
  • Build and support wholesale operations teams while maintaining a hands-on approach to execution, reporting, and account management.
  • Collaborate with operations, supply chain, and vendors to ensure product availability, fulfillment accuracy, and successful retail execution.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a strategic and results-oriented sales leader with deep experience growing consumer brands through retail partnerships. They should combine strong commercial instincts with hands-on expertise in wholesale sales, retail marketing, and account development.

  • 7+ years of experience in retail or wholesale sales, preferably within a consumer brand environment.
  • Proven success growing revenue and sell-through performance within major retail accounts.
  • Direct experience managing strategic retail partnerships such as Target, Ulta, or similar large-scale retailers.
  • Strong understanding of forecasting, account planning, P&L ownership, inventory management, POS analytics, and sales performance optimization.
  • Experience developing and executing retail marketing initiatives, including promotions, co-op investments, sampling, merchandising, and in-store activations.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with buyers, negotiate effectively, and identify opportunities for commercial growth.
  • Experience managing teams while maintaining ownership of strategic execution and operational details.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform sales data into clear business recommendations.
  • Experience managing external agencies, sales representatives, vendors, or retail partners is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, sales reporting platforms, and account planning tools is a plus.
  • Experience with international retail expansion, Sephora, Olive Young, Faire.com, or similar retail ecosystems is an advantage.
Benefits:
  • Fully remote work environment with flexibility to work from anywhere.
  • Flexible paid time off policy.
  • Generous medical benefits package.
  • Competitive compensation based on experience and qualifications.
