Join a fully remote team focused on building reliable, secure, and scalable Workday integrations that power enterprise HR and business operations. In this role, you'll design and develop API-driven solutions connecting Workday with a broad ecosystem of enterprise applications while ensuring high standards for performance, data integrity, and security. Working alongside technical and functional stakeholders, you'll play a key role in delivering seamless integrations that support business growth and digital transformation. - Design, develop, and maintain robust integrations between Workday and enterprise applications using Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, and Workday APIs.
- Build and optimize REST and SOAP API integrations to ensure secure, reliable, and high-performing data exchanges across multiple platforms.
- Develop and maintain Workday Studio orchestrations and XSLT transformations to support complex business processes and integration workflows.
- Configure and troubleshoot Workday integrations while ensuring data quality, system reliability, and compliance with security standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather integration requirements, deliver scalable solutions, and support system enhancements.
- Leverage Workday security models, calculated fields, and custom reports to enable efficient and secure integrations.
- Monitor, test, and continuously improve integration performance while resolving technical issues and implementing best practices.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience developing Workday integrations in enterprise environments.
- Deep expertise with Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Core Connectors, and Workday integration frameworks.
- Strong hands-on experience with Workday REST and SOAP APIs.
- Advanced proficiency in XSLT and Workday Studio orchestration development.
- Solid understanding of the Workday data model, tenant configuration, and security concepts, including ISU and ISSG patterns.
- Experience designing calculated fields and custom reports within Workday.
- Familiarity with Workday Pro Integrations certification is preferred.
- Experience with PICOF, PECI, Cloud Connect for Payroll, or Workday Extend is a plus.
- Exposure to multi-tenant or multi-region Workday environments and integrations with platforms such as ServiceNow or Salesforce is advantageous.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Salary: $100,000–$150,000 annually.
