We are adding a manager to our Tri-County team to help manage North area. Is this you?
Do you have experience leading teams providing services? Do you have experience working providing services to Intellectually Disabled individuals? Have you worked in services for intellectualy disabled individuals.

Primary Responsibilities
- Partnership Development - Experience working with the Regional Center staff is a PLUS++
- Assist to deliver a culture of top level quality service delivery.
- You are also great at forming strong internal relationships.
- You help support clients and validate they are treated fairly.
- You help support effective employee relations.
- You have experience maintaining a high level degree of confidentiality.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of management experience in the assisted living community overseeing a workforce of employees in multi-units or cities.
Requirements: Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite. .
