This role focuses on leading complex SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives within a global, project-based manufacturing environment.
You will serve as a subject matter expert in PMMO, GPD, financial planning, and manufacturing processes, designing scalable enterprise solutions.
The position requires close collaboration with business leaders, IT teams, and stakeholders to optimize critical operational workflows.
You will architect integrations across SAP and non-SAP platforms while ensuring alignment with financial, regulatory, and business objectives.

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA PMMO (Project Manufacturing and Management Optimization) and GPD (Grouping, Pegging, and Distribution) solutions within complex manufacturing environments.
• Define and optimize Plan-to-Perform processes, financial planning workflows, and performance management solutions aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with executive stakeholders, business process owners, and IT leadership to ensure SAP solutions support strategic transformation goals.
• Design grouping strategies for complex project manufacturing processes, particularly within highly regulated industries.
• Manage integration strategies between SAP S/4HANA and non-SAP platforms, including live and imported data connections with enterprise systems.
• Oversee material costing processes and financial integrations across SAP Finance, Manufacturing, and Project Systems modules.
• Provide functional leadership and consulting expertise throughout SAP transformation programs, from solution design through implementation.
• Ensure technical and business alignment across cross-functional enterprise teams while maintaining solution scalability and performance.
• Support the delivery of high-value SAP initiatives by identifying improvements, resolving complex challenges, and guiding best practices.

• 10+ years of overall SAP FI/CO solution experience, ideally within Aerospace & Defense, manufacturing, or other highly regulated industries.
• 5+ years of hands-on SAP S/4HANA PMMO/GPD implementation and solution architecture experience.
• 5+ years of experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance and Material Costing processes.
• 5+ years of SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing experience in complex operational environments.
• Strong expertise in SAP solution architecture, enterprise transformations, and project-based manufacturing processes.
• Experience with SAP Project Systems (PS) and Enterprise Portfolio and Project Management (EPPM) is preferred.
• Familiarity with Deltek Costpoint integration and SAP/non-SAP data integration approaches is highly valued.
• Knowledge of Aerospace & Defense, Oil & Gas, or similar regulated industry environments is a plus.
• Understanding of FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation) compliance requirements is preferred.
• Strong client-facing consulting skills with the ability to communicate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and executive leadership.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale SAP initiatives, solve complex business problems, and deliver enterprise-level solutions.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
