Join a strategic leadership team where you'll help shape enterprise direction, support executive decision-making, and drive organization-wide initiatives with lasting impact. This role is ideal for a highly analytical and collaborative professional who thrives at the intersection of business strategy, corporate communications, and operational execution. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across multiple functions, transforming complex business insights into actionable strategies and executive-level reporting. From coordinating strategic planning cycles to supporting high-priority corporate projects, you'll play a key role in aligning teams around shared objectives. The position offers a dynamic, cross-functional environment with opportunities to influence business outcomes while contributing to long-term organizational growth. This is an excellent opportunity for a strategic thinker looking to make a meaningful impact in a flexible, remote-first setting.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead and coordinate the annual strategic planning process, ensuring alignment across business units and supporting the execution of corporate priorities.
  • Develop executive presentations, board materials, strategic reports, dashboards, and business updates that communicate progress and support informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to monitor strategic initiatives, track organizational objectives, and maintain alignment on key deliverables.
  • Conduct market, industry, financial, and operational analysis to identify trends, evaluate opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Support enterprise-wide projects by managing timelines, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring consistent communication throughout project execution.
  • Prepare internal leadership communications, announcements, and messaging that reinforce strategic priorities and organizational alignment.
  • Assist with defining, tracking, and reporting on corporate objectives and key results (OKRs), while continuously improving strategic planning processes and reporting frameworks.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Strategy, Finance, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • 5–8 years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, business planning, risk management, or a related strategic function.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex financial, operational, and business information into executive-ready insights.
  • Advanced proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, and AI productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing executive presentations and stakeholder communications.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities, with experience managing multiple priorities and cross-functional initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience in regulated industries, aviation, defense, public sector, ERP implementation, or business intelligence projects is considered an asset.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French is an advantage.
  • Ability to obtain Controlled Goods Clearance as required for the role.
Benefits
  • Remote work flexibility with a flexible work schedule.
  • Comprehensive health and benefits package.
  • Professional development and career growth opportunities.
  • Collaborative, multicultural, and cross-functional work environment.
  • Exposure to executive leadership and enterprise-wide strategic initiatives.
  • Opportunity to contribute to impactful, high-visibility projects within a globally focused organization.
