The Senior Human Resources Business Partner, U.S. Sales & Leadership Development serves as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to commercial leadership, aligning people strategies with business growth objectives and revenue priorities. Equally critical to this position is the leadership and execution of enterprise-wide leadership development initiatives designed to strengthen leadership effectiveness and build organizational capability. Drawing on expertise in leadership coaching, facilitation, succession planning, and talent development, the Senior HR Business Partner develops scalable programs and targeted learning experiences that accelerate high-potential talent and strengthen leadership pipelines, with a particular emphasis on commercial and sales leadership roles. The role drives measurable improvements in leader effectiveness, organizational readiness, and bench strength by implementing modern leadership frameworks and fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and continuous development. Success is reflected in a strong bench of ready-now leaders and leadership development programs that deliver meaningful and measurable business impact.
