Are you someone who enjoys both the structure of HR processes and the story data can tell? We’re looking for a highly organized and analytical professional to join our team as an HR Administrator. In this dynamic role, you’ll play a key part in supporting the employee experience from behind the scenes, managing day-to-day HR operations while also diving into data that helps shape strategic decisions.

You’ll be the go-to for maintaining accurate employee records, streamlining onboarding and compliance and producing meaningful reports that give leadership the insights they need. Key Responsibilities

HR Administration:

  • Manage employee records and ensure accuracy in the HRIS and files.
  • Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes, including coordinating new hire paperwork and exit interviews.
  • Assist with compliance-related activities such as I-9 verification, reporting, and audits.
  • Respond promptly to employee inquiries about HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Coordinate scheduling for interviews, training sessions, and employee communications.
  • Support day-to-day HR operations and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Support the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
  • Be a liaison to the payroll department to ensure all employee data is accurate.

HR Data Analysis:

  • Collect, analyze, and report on key HR metrics such as turnover, headcount, time-off usage, and employee engagement.
  • Maintain dashboards and regular reports for HR leadership and Executive leadership
  • Identify trends and provide insights to improve workforce planning, retention, and performance management.
  • Assist with compensation benchmarking and benefits cost analysis.
  • Support HR projects including system upgrades, policy reviews, and organizational planning initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of an associate degree in a business-related field relevant to HR administration.
  • 1 - 2 years of experience in HR administration, HRIS management, or HR data analysis.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams); familiarity with HRIS platforms is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and present actionable insights.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Understanding of employment laws and HR compliance requirements.
  • Experience supporting remote or multi-state and global workforce operations.
