Position Description:
Are you an experienced healthcare professional with a passion for leadership and patient care? We’re seeking a Recovery Treatment Assistant Supervisor-Rehab to oversee and guide our team of Recovery Treatment Assistants (RTAs). In this role, you’ll ensure high-quality care, support staff development, and help coordinate essential programming that benefits the individuals served.
What You’ll Do Supervise and provide group oversight for RTAs to ensure compliance with schedules and standards of care. Manage appropriate levels of supplies for Nurses and RTAs to support group activities and patient care. Coordinate with units to support larger programming and events for the individuals served. Coach and mentor RTAs and Nurses, including delivering on-the-job training for group facilitation. Collect and distribute data to meet reporting requirements and support quality improvement initiatives. What We’re Looking For Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university (required). Experience: Minimum of 4 years in a healthcare environment, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role (required). Licenses/Certifications: Any client-mandated certifications or training (required).
