Houghton Physical Therapy is expanding our Prosperity Lab, a premium recovery and wellness space designed to help active adults move beyond rehab into long-term performance and longevity.

We’re looking for a high-energy, people-focused professional to lead this exciting division.

This role is ideal for a:

• Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
• Athletic Trainer
• Personal Trainer

You’ll lead day-to-day operations while guiding patients through recovery, performance, and next-level care.

• Lead and manage Prosperity Lab operations
• Guide patients through recovery and wellness services
• Educate and recommend next steps beyond PT
• Conduct follow-ups and consultations
• Support strength & conditioning programs
• Collaborate with clinical team to enhance patient care
• Keep patients engaged and consistent

Bonus: Provide advanced recovery sessions if licensed in massage therapy

Required (one):

• Licensed PTA
• Certified Athletic Trainer
• Certified Personal Trainer

Preferred:

• Ortho, fitness, or performance experience
• Client-facing or sales experience
• Massage therapy license (plus)
