Implementation Consultant I at NEOGOV – Draper, Utah

This is a fully Remote role within the US.

We’re looking for an Implementation Consultant, an onboarding wizard to help our customers’ implementation needs with a goal to implement within 90 days. Our ideal candidate will be self-driven, will take the initiative to see projects and assignments through to completion, and stay laser focused on delighting customers with information on our products and services.

• Collaborate with sales team in the development of customer Implementation Plans

• Review and understand client need and translate those into a successful Onboarding experience

• Create customers site with purchased products and features

• Execute Onboarding plan within 90 days of customer purchase

• Become a subject matter expert on all areas of PowerDMS to be able to effectively lead discussions and answer questions

• A strong decision maker and are able to solve complex problems.

• Able to be a high producer under pressure and in a quick paced environment.

• Someone with a desire for clients and teammates to succeed.

What You Have

• Implementation/ Project Management experience is a plus.

• Strong Organizational / Project Management skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eagle eye on details.

• Proficiency in MS Office.

• Understanding of SaaS Technology and experience with Power platforms which are a huge plus.
